These Terms and Conditions form the complete agreement between you and B55 Game. Please read them carefully before registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing any bet. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted everything set out here.

All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Funds must return to the same method used for deposit.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the B55 Game platform, including the website at b55game.app and all associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, form the entire agreement between you and B55 Game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
To register and maintain an account on B55 Game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
B55 Game reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point. If you are unable to verify your eligibility when requested, your account may be suspended pending investigation.
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, B55 Game will close all but the first registered account. Any balances, bonuses or winnings held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. Players found to have created multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers will be permanently banned from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your B55 Game account. You must keep your login credentials — email address, password and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. B55 Game will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact B55 Game support immediately via in-app live chat.
B55 Game operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Identity verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may also be requested at other times — for example, during a review of large deposits, unusual betting patterns or where fraud is suspected. The verification process is described in full in Section 10 of these Terms.
You may request closure of your B55 Game account at any time by contacting support via in-app live chat. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure that is not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be removed upon account closure.
All financial transactions on B55 Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversions applied to your account — what you deposit in PKR is what appears in your wallet, and what you win in PKR is what you withdraw.
B55 Game currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods:
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. B55 Game does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
B55 Game does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your B55 Game account. Deposits from unverified third-party sources will be returned and the account may be suspended.
JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast deposits are typically credited to your B55 Game wallet immediately or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two banking hours to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, contact support via in-app live chat with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals from B55 Game are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. If a return to the original method is not possible, B55 Game will contact you to arrange an alternative verified method.

B55 Game offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the Promotions page.
B55 Game actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinated group exploitation of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, B55 Game may cancel all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the account and permanently restrict the player from future promotions.
Always read the specific terms of each promotion before claiming. If you are unsure whether a particular betting strategy satisfies a bonus's wagering requirements, contact support before placing the bets — not after.
B55 Game offers sports betting across a wide range of markets including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sports. All bets are subject to the following general sports betting rules.
A bet is only accepted and confirmed once you receive a confirmation message with a unique bet ID. Bets that do not receive a confirmation — for example due to a connection failure before the confirmation is displayed — are not valid and will not be settled. You are responsible for ensuring your bets have been successfully placed and confirmed before the relevant event begins.
A bet may be voided in the following circumstances:
Voided bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake amount. Bets that form part of an accumulator where one leg is voided will be settled as if the voided leg did not exist, reducing the accumulator by one selection.
Live betting markets during cricket, PSL and other events are subject to suspension at any time at B55 Game's discretion — typically around key moments such as the fall of a wicket, boundaries or between overs. Bets placed while a market is suspended will not be accepted. The odds displayed during live betting reflect real-time market conditions and may change rapidly.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet type. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. B55 Game reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at any time, particularly where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are identified.
B55 Game's live casino and slots sections operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable and real-dealer streams for live casino tables. All game outcomes are determined by the relevant game's RNG or live dealer process and are not influenced by B55 Game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or error during a game round, B55 Game will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If a round cannot be completed or its result cannot be determined with certainty, the round will be voided and the stake returned. B55 Game is not responsible for losses resulting from your own connectivity issues during a game session.
The availability of specific games — including live casino tables and slot titles — may change without prior notice. Games may be temporarily or permanently removed from the Platform due to provider decisions, technical issues or other operational reasons. B55 Game does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific game.
B55 Game operates a five-tier VIP programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier eligibility is based on cumulative wagering activity across sports betting, live casino and slots over a rolling monthly period. Tier benefits, including faster withdrawal processing, higher limits, cashback percentages and dedicated account management, are detailed on the VIP page.
VIP tier status is reviewed monthly. Failure to maintain the required activity level during a review period may result in a tier downgrade. B55 Game reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds and associated benefits at any time, with changes communicated to affected players in advance where possible.

All submitted documents must be clear, legible and unaltered. Edited, cropped or otherwise modified documents will not be accepted and may result in account suspension. The following activities are strictly prohibited on B55 Game. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, cancellation of balances and potentially permanent banning from the Platform:
Where B55 Game identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to void all bets placed during the relevant period, cancel bonuses and promotions, withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation and permanently close the account without prior notice.
All content on the B55 Game Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game titles, product names and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of B55 Game or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of B55 Game. Unauthorised use of B55 Game intellectual property may result in legal action.
B55 Game provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform operates reliably and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance at all times.

These Terms represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and B55 Game regarding your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, communications or agreements — written or oral — relating to the subject matter herein.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your B55 Game account, please contact support via in-app live chat as a first step. B55 Game aims to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. Disputes regarding settled bets must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant settlement. Disputes raised after this period will not generally be reopened unless there is clear evidence of a system error.
B55 Game's decisions on disputes are final once the internal complaints process has been completed. By accepting these Terms, you agree to use B55 Game's internal complaints process before pursuing any other avenue of dispute resolution.
